For all certificates, dividends are credited and compounded monthly. Fees or conditions could reduce earnings. All certificate rates are subject to change without notice. Penalties may be imposed for early withdrawal. Certificates automatically renew at maturity for the same term as the original term, with the following exceptions explained in footnote ** below. Term share certificates operate similarly to certificates of deposit (CDs) traditionally issued by retail banks.

**39 month Bump-Up Certificate - the bump-up certificate has a 39-month term and includes an option that allows you to increate or "bump up" the dividend rate and annual percentage yield once during the term to the current rate in effect at that time for a 36-month certificate. At the end of the 39-month bump up maturity term, whether or not you elected the bump-up option, your certificate will automatically renew for a term of 36 months at the prevailing rate in effect at that time for a 36-month certificate with no "bump up" (rate increase) option.

**Annual Percentage Rates (APR). Your APR will vary. All credit card rates are subject to change without notice. The rate you receive will be based on your credit history. All loans are subject to qualification of the borrower. The rate for purchases, cash advances and balance transfers is based on the U.S. Prime Rate (Wall Street Journal Index). The Wall Street Journal Index is published in the Money Rates table of the Wall Street Journal on the 15th of each month or the next business day if not published on the 15th. The maximum APR will not exceed 18.00%. The Penalty APR will be applied to your account if you are 60 days past due and will apply until you make six consecutive minimum payments when due.
